this was great thb, the cheapest option i can find and very convenient, you will need it in order to have vacation in laos, there is some area where there is no signal(blue lagoon) but I think it might be the same for other esims

Everything's great! But since we have worldwide coverage, if you activate it in Russia, it's blocked for 24 hours, but when you arrive in another country, the activation is removed.

We used Unitel e-SIM in Luang Prabang, Van Vieng, and Vientiane. Internet access quality was excellent. It was quite fast, both in cities and in mountainous areas up to 30 km away. Even in caves, the signal was stable. I recommend it.

easy to use, e-sim, activated straight away. good reception in cities i visited, Mexico city & Oaxaca. the data can we shared as hot spot too. I loved that it inculded 20min call, as it is sometime needed for local calls for drivers, restaurant bookings, local tour communication and emergency people can call you. the only down side was, the provider wanted me to register but there is no way i could fin the long sim number anywhere. so couldn't get registered.
