As a solo traveller, I had an amazing experience during this tour. The tour guide, Ms. Cha, was very friendly and helpful. She took pictures so well and suggested poses as well. The participants in my joint-group tour are all solo travellers so that we got close so easily.★

This was an amazing experience! I've been dreaming of something like this for a long time. I loved everything. They sent me a video of the flight and issued a certificate, which was really nice. That evening, the instructor sent me an edited video of the flight. Excellent service!★

Great service and comfy cabin!
Really impressed with HK Buslines.
The bus was clean, the cabin was comfy, and the bed was surprisingly cosy for an overnight trip.
But the ride felt very shaky at times, especially on winding roads, and engine noise made it hard to sleep deeply. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
A straight bus from Sapa to Ha Long saved us hours of transfer hassle.
Staff were helpful and communication via WhatsApp was clear.
No toilet on board, but we made few rest stops so it was fine. Would definitely recommend!★
