This is my first eSIM purchase at Trip. The price was lower compared to others so I bought the eSIM for my trip to Mexico. I was able to connect in Cancun after restarting my phone. The signal reception was okay at 2-3 bars most of the time in Cancun.★

The e-SIM worked fine, except for the three hours of Maya outage from December 31st to January 1st, 2026. Otherwise, the connection was fine, including calls. I was traveling to Goa.
