It was a truly worthwhile trip. Although I've been to Sanya three times already, the feeling is always the same, and I always feel an urge to go back. The hotel was also great, with a large swimming pool, a clean restaurant, and very friendly service staff. I'm also very grateful to the Ctrip hotline operator. Normally, a group of us would have paid around 1000 yuan more for one booking, but she saved me money. Thank you so much! I was in a rush and didn't even get her employee number, I'm really sorry.

Alex, our guide (who spoke Spanish), explained everything very well. Halfway through the trip, we stopped to change drivers, have hot blueberry juice and cookies—a much-needed stop. Even though Rovaniemi was snow-free, the tour location had beautiful views. The equipment provided was excellent and necessary; if you prefer, you can bring your own gear (gloves, boots, and a jacket). Despite being a large group, there were three guides, which made all the difference. Highly recommended! Excellent office location in the center of Rovaniemi.
