A pleasant and romantic atmosphere, delicious pancakes, plenty of toppings, very friendly and helpful service, beautiful views, I'll definitely be back. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you also for rescheduling my reservation for a few hours because I missed my cruise. It was completely free and hassle-free. I really appreciate it, and thank you again. Nice enough tour at Van Nelle Factory, but one hour isn’t long enough. You only get a small glimpse of the factory, and the large group didn’t help. Even the guide admitted that the format was suboptimal. Everything felt rushed and unfinished. €17.50 with Museumkaart isn’t outrageous, but for a rushed one-hour tour with a large group, it still feels overpriced.
