My parents brought a SIM card from Japan when they traveled to Sydney, but it didn't work on the day. So I bought this SIM card in Japan and sent them a PDF with the SIM's QR code and login link via LINE. My father was using an eSIM for the first time and couldn't connect properly, so I contacted customer support, explained the connection problem, and they taught me how to fix it. The support staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, so we were able to resolve the issue and it worked perfectly in Sydney. They said the signal strength there was very good, and that it was well worth the price! Another good point was that you can choose the contract period yourself, so you don't have to cancel it after returning to Japan!★

This trip went to a more remote place, but the reception was better and smoother than expected, although there were some places on the way where there was no signal, but in the city it was no problem.
