Overall, it was a great experience. I stayed at the InterContinental Brisbane, and since the bus couldn't stop for long at the hotel, they picked me up about 300 meters away. They emailed me beforehand, but I didn't reply. That evening, a customer service representative called me to confirm, and the service was excellent. As for the whale watching itself, this tour provider is the best in Brisbane, and it was very good. I highly recommend buying VIP seats with pick-up and drop-off—it's hassle-free and the scenery is fantastic!★

The eSIM package was outstanding, never had an issue and what makes it brilliant is the price. I only paid £5 for a month with 30gb and I just recently renewed as I will be here in Australia for 3 months. Definitely, I'm gonna start using Trip.com e service. I also used it when I went to Morocco, China and Malaysia.
