A great way to get to the Siam Outlet on a budget and without the hassle, even though it's located a bit inconveniently. The bus was organized, the driver scanned my QR code, and the bus departed the outlet promptly at 4:00 PM. The trip was comfortable.

The travel guide, 清清，was very friendly and helpful.But the process of getting signed permission from family member for senior (64, 65 yo) after booking tour was s bad experience. The agent should have filled in the relevant information into the form for signing since travellers may not have the necessary electronic device to insert the info into the form.

It was incredibly easy to redeem, and the staff at the boarding area were very helpful in showing me which line to join. It was a great experience. I think being able to ride whenever I wanted is only possible with a hop-on, hop-off one-day ticket. I would definitely buy it again!

Thank you so much, Xiao Zhang, for guiding us and showing us the history of the Grand Palace. He also kindly reminded us of things to be careful about. He arrived at the hotel early to wait for us. The car was very comfortable, and the driver, the lady, and the tour guide were all very friendly. I will definitely book again next time I have the chance!
