It was really great! Our driver, Augustine, spoke English very clearly and gave smooth guidance, which I was grateful for. It was also helpful that she spoke Japanese. Everything was on time and smooth, and the tour was packed with content, but I was very satisfied with everything. We were able to feed kangaroos, see lots of koalas right in front of us, and see the penguins on Phillip Island, which was a spectacular view... I was really moved. They told us things like, "If you get hungry during the tour, make sure to have lunch at this time," so we were able to participate with peace of mind! I highly recommend it!

I booked a round-trip SkyBus ticket and it was super convenient. The pickup points at both the airport and Southern Cross were clearly marked, and the buses ran frequently so I never had to wait long. The ride was comfortable, plenty of luggage space, and everything felt safe and organised. For a solo traveller, this made my whole airport transfer stress-free. I’d definitely use SkyBus again on my next visit to Melbourne.
