Reviews: [Three Islands] Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty - Manukan, Mamutik & Sapi Island Round-Trip Boat Ticket | Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

The value for money was amazing! We went to Manukan first, then Mamuthi, and finally Sapi Island. Each time we changed islands, staff were there to guide us, and they spoke multiple languages, making it very convenient. The large boat was very stable, preventing seasickness. We stayed at Pacific Silk Island, a five-minute walk from the pier, and could go directly to our room to shower after disembarking. We saw many fish in Manukan and Sapi, making it perfect for those who are afraid of water. With our feet on the ground, only our bangs got wet. Bringing our own snorkeling gear made it even cleaner, and we bought a prescription mask, finally able to see the fish clearly underwater. The staff forgot to give us our life jackets, so I rented one from a safety officer in Manukan. When we arrived at the second island, we realized we hadn't returned it. The staff said they would return it for us, which was already very appreciated. Then, after I mentioned that they hadn't told me to bring a life jacket, they proactively contacted me and refunded me the rental price – a very unexpected experience! The water near the islands was quite clean, and the weather was nice that day. It started raining as soon as we got back to the hotel, but luckily we didn't get splashed or wet in the water.

Reviews: [Single Island] Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty - Sapi Island Round-Trip Boat Ticket | Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

The company's yellow kiosk was easy to find. The boat departed on time. We'd booked a trip to just one island, Sapi Island, but it turned out that only the two of us were going to one island that day. The guide was split between three groups (depending on the number of islands). He kindly offered to join a larger group and visit two islands at no extra charge. We declined, however, as we'd planned to visit only one and enjoy our stay at our leisure. After disembarking, we were all picked up without any problems. The island is beautiful, but there's nowhere to lie down. There are lots of people. There are a few fish. There are showers and toilets. Overall, it's worth visiting for a varied vacation. I was unlucky; I got bitten by plankton, and there were a few medks (but it's April, the high season here). I recommend taking a swimsuit with long pants and sleeves for snorkeling – you won't get sunburned or bitten. Otherwise, everything was perfect; it was a comfortable ride from Port Marina.

The boat company was very flexible and understanding. On trip.com, the tickets were non-refundable or changeable but my husband got sick on the day of our trip and they allowed us to change the dates of the tickets once we went to the kiosk and asked. My child fell asleep while we were on the island and we wanted to return earlier and they made it possible too!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing Mamutik Island Ferry Experience! I had a fantastic experience with the Mamutik Island Ferry Round-Trip Ticket! The booking process was smooth, and the ferry was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The ride was scenic, offering beautiful views of the ocean and nearby islands. Upon arriving at Mamutik Island, I was blown away by the crystal-clear waters, soft sandy beaches, and vibrant marine life. It’s the perfect getaway for snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing by the shore. The island is less crowded compared to other nearby islands, making it a peaceful paradise to enjoy nature. The ferry service was on time, and the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a hassle-free experience. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu—whether you're a solo traveler, couple, or family, this is an absolute must-do! Can't wait to visit again! 🚤🏝️✨
