Best day of our holiday. the sliding was so much fun. the guides accommodated our group level very well, and since we were fast, we passed many other groups. we also didn't have to wear helmets the whole way like other groups. very good english

Activity was extremely well organised! The company arrange to organise an equipment fit with you the day before, so you’re ready on the day. The morning of, a bag is completely packed for you, with all the relevant equipment you’ll need in the day in the optimal place in the bag. There’s then space for you to bring your own food and pack extra layers. The guides are fantastic, clear instructions throughout and not overbearing! Also if there are different paces in the group, they split people up such that no one is felt they’re pushed too much. No shouting to keep up or pressure put on people! Not always the case with other tours I’ve done. The sledging down is incredibly fun! Would recommend to bring a good pair of sunglasses with quality uv protection. One slight negative. The booking said hotel pick-up, this isn’t the case. Not a problem given how close everything is in Pucón.

A group of 9 of us hiked Villa Rica this past February. We booked last minute and had the most amazing time ever! The guides were super informative and were great with a group of all different hiking levels! The slide down was worth the hard hike up and the views were amazing!

A wonderful experience soaking in the views (and the wine) on Volcan Villarrica! We met our two guides at the office in Pucon and drove up to the base of the volcano past all the ski hire places. At the base we took a short walk across the lava fields and into the trees, learning about the volcano, the Mapuche people and the trees. By the time we had finished the walk a table had been set up for us - tablecloth, decoration, snacks - and we sat and enjoyed three Chilean wines under the shadow of the volcano. Agustin had great wine knowledge and explained the wines to us. It was all very relaxed and we felt in no rush to drink and go. We enjoyed our chat with the guides. Then an eagle landed in front of our table and hopped around for about 10 minutes (we can’t promise this will happen on your tour!) but it made for a special moment.


