The contact person for this trip contacted us very promptly, and the entire communication process was very smooth, which made us feel very at ease. The driver also performed very professionally and responsibly, not only picking us up and dropping us off on time but also being very thoughtful in arranging the itinerary. The route was well-designed, making the whole trip more relaxed and enjoyable. The driver carefully remembered our small requests during the trip, such as adjusting the stopover time or adding short stops, and tried his best to meet our needs, making us feel his considerate service. This made the entire trip experience even more pleasant and smooth.

Overall satisfied, except the hotel was terrible, being too far from the city center. The Chinese food was awful; even though I'd given up hope, I still couldn't eat it. The transportation and tour guide were okay, but the attractions they arranged weren't representative of Qingdao. Next time, I'll probably travel independently.
