Excellent visit and getting the tickets with instructions was made easy by Faisal our organizer. The Citadel is beautiful, well restored and easy to access and visit. It is a must-do in Lisbon. I highly recommend!

I was sceptical at first as I generally don’t like tours. I thought it was kitschy and a money grab but I was WRONG. Daniel was fantastic! He tailored the stops to our interests and made suggestions for places we might want to come back. He gave us a fantastic dinner suggestion and suggested that we go to Caba da Roca when we headed up the coast. It was amazing. We saw so much that we wouldn’t have known to look for without Daniel. He was also super kind and his English is excellent. Honestly, I went somewhat grudgingly because my friend wanted to do it and now I would recommend it whole heartedly.

Everything was superbly organized and planned. Our guide Francisco picked us up on time and told us a lot about the area. All in all, it was an activity that you absolutely must do when you are on Madeira.
