It's very easy to use on iPhones, but for Android, people should reconsider. For example, the Xiaomi 14T also supports eSIM, but when adding a SIM, there's no signal despite very helpful support. 5 stars for this app, convenient, easy to use, and the customer service team is excellent.★

In Perth City, signal all good, but when travel > 150km from city, the signal is poor and no signal near Nambung National Park n Lancelin Sand Dune.★

I used this for a temporary return to Japan. It's cheaper than Japanese budget SIM cards. Connecting is very easy; just tap the install button in the app. However, since the connection is outside of Japan, PayPay may not be available. Nevertheless, I would like to use it again.★

I travel to Türkiye, Chile, Argentina and Brazil using this eSIM. The connection and automatically switch to local telco provider upon crossing borders were all very smooth, and data roaming also very smooth. Also they provide a link via SMS, so we can check our data usage anytime we like. Very convenient!
