Excellent trip. The catamaran is fantastic. The bistro was very good. The approximately one-hour presentation on the way there was a bit annoying. It practically warned against going into town on your own to sell your own products or services. The bookable program is certainly good, but it should also be possible to choose not to book it without feeling guilty ;-)

The water slide is a bit worn out and the crocodile bar is very cold. But we had a great day with lots of water slides.

Bangkok traffic is terrible on weekdays, but Ctrip made good arrangements; we flew to Bangkok on the weekend. The only downside was that the group meals were sometimes insufficient. There was no forced shopping, and there were many optional excursions to choose from, depending on your budget. The tour guide service was good. There were 18 people in the group, which was a good number. The Sheraton in Bangkok was truly excellent; the facilities were great, much better than hotels in Phuket.
