Due to a train strike, we arrived 45 minutes late, and the group had already left. Luckily, we were able to join another group a little later! We had a great guide with interesting stories about the history and culture.

Everything was perfect. The tour with transportation is perfect for families. As described, we received a Polish-language audio guide, but unfortunately, the batteries died quite quickly. It's a good thing we had four. Three of them died after 1.5 hours. Regardless, I highly recommend it. The bus transported us efficiently from the volcano to Pompeii.

Anna, our tour guide, was exceptionally helpful, informative, interesting and made the whole experience memorable. She explained the history so well, giving the tour a very human aspect. I would recommend visiting at this time of the year as visitor numbers was just right with no huge queues anywhere. Pompei lived up to our expectations we would love to return and see more of the sight. 3 hours on the tour was just about long enough for us, and we didn't have the energy to carry on exploring, as we could have done. We had also experienced travel problems getting there, but the customer back up was excellent. Highly recommended and thanks to our lovely guide for making it such a fun and interesting tour.


