Started off stopping for us to buy some meat pies, then went on an educational hike through the rainforest, which the guide kept very engaging. Then we went the rest of the way to Piha Beach and got to spend some time exploring there!

My wife and I along with another couple recently visited Auckland, New Zealand on a cruise vacation to the South Pacific. While there, we took this excursion. The bus was very comfortable and our group was quite small, which made the experience very enjoyable. Our guide was personable and very knowledgeable. We visited a rain forest and several scenic overlook areas with amazing views of the forest and lake scenery. We also visited a black sand beach. This excursion was very enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dynamic, father and son tour guides- Murray and Dustin? They were able to tailor the tour for all the participants. The rainforest and the sparkly beach stops were the perfect ending to our morning drive around the city of Auckland. A nice, relaxed pace tour that allows you extra time to sleep in, yet lets you explore the east and west coast of Auckland all in one day. The afternoon coffee, tea, water and juice offering, with Manuka honey and biscuits was a lovely touch. We recommend it 🤗


