Well organised and helpful staff. Worth noting that in low season there are only 3 buses a day, so it's more likely you'll do just a circular route. The 10.30 AM bus is a much longer route. The 4.30 bus is the next longest. And the 6.30PM one the last one in low season. You are allowed to go on an early bus then take the later one too. Also worth noting that certainly in low season they let you take the boat on a different day if you like. There are both open air and aircon seats on the upper deck. You get a free beer or soft drink on the boat and there's more food and drinks available if you want it.★

We were met at Phnom Penh airport with a sign. Everything was organized perfectly. On the way to Siem Reap, we stopped several times to go to the market and use the restroom. Along the way, we stopped at an old bridge with a stunning view of the river. The driver was extremely polite and attentive. He didn't rush and drove carefully. We were very satisfied with the transfer.★

We departed Ho Chi Minh City at 8:25, crossed the border at 11:20, departed again at 12:30, and arrived in Phnom Penh at 16:35. There was one rest stop along the way. The immigration and customs procedures were handled by the guide, which made things easy.Trip.com picks
