It's convenient, and purchasing through the app turned out to be considerably cheaper than directly from the carrier. The only thing I'd like to warn you about is the insane traffic jams experienced by Vietnamese summer residents returning to the city after the weekend. The transfer bus that takes you into the city never showed up; it got stuck in traffic. After waiting for an hour, I teamed up with another passenger and took a taxi. The traffic was terrible; the ride took us about three hours. If you're flying, plan your trip accordingly.

I was wondering where to go with my kids, and I booked a desert tour in Mui Ne. Honestly, I was worried the kids would get upset because of the heat, but my worries were completely unfounded. As soon as they saw the sand dunes, they screamed and rolled around. They were covered in sand, but it was so cute in photos. I don't think there's a better place for a family trip. I highly recommend it.
