Staff are extremely friendly. Patient to explain each dog habits . Beside the shop there is also eatery so after playing with the husky you can get your meal fixed to.

The pickup point was convenient and we had contact messages before taking the trip. The driver was careful and we had a stop on the way in (2hrs trip). Lionel, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and gave us an interesting overall look at the Malay culture, its population and language during the bus ride on the way to Malacca. Each stop was pretty well timed, but be aware that the schedule given on the website is not accurate. Lionel was careful not to forget any of us at each meeting point during the trip. Malacca is a nice scenic town, but we couldn't have grasped the full specificity of it history without our guide. Be also aware that the return trip takes more than 2 hrs because of KL traffic, but the trip was totally worth the wait. Thank you, Merci!
