The tour was very interesting and good. It's worth coming early because then you can see the entire cheese production process. The shuttle was about fifteen minutes late. Our guide was very nice but his English was not clear and we didn't understand everything.

Parmesan and prosciutto tours were outstanding. Lots of information and we saw the whole process. Balsamic tour was anticlimatic. Even though not season to start process, would have liked to see where they did it. Just saw rooms full of barrels.

Excellent! Our Italian guide was perfect!! A passionate guide!! We were very happy with both the Parmigiano and Parma ham activities and enjoyed both the explanation and the tasting! I think the explanation of the meeting point at Parma Train Station could be better. It took us a while to figure out that we had to go down to level -2 of the station.
