The location was very easy to find; I saw the sign as soon as I exited the airport. There were also staff members outside to confirm my information, and the bus departed on time. I took the bus in the middle of the night, and after getting off, I asked the driver where the pick-up point was at another airport. He was very kind and helpful in telling me, and I was really grateful to him.

Everything went perfectly. The route was easy to find, and the bus driver and guide were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at Milan's main train station from Bergamo Airport within 50 minutes. Highly recommended!
