I was able to reschedule even it was less than 24 hours as per City Cruise policy. *** coul do anything because they are only 3rd party company. But good thing City cruise made exception as we wouldn't have enjoyed the view because of the weather. I love how you can have a nice view without going up the deck. I just couldn't hear the audio naration properly because of the engine as we were seated at the lowest level. But other than that, I would recommend this activity. I think the 3 hours is worth it.l as we saw the Boldt castle. That was the highlight. I might do the 5 hours next so we can actually get off the castle.
