The audio guide (which I had downloaded to my phone beforehand) made the visit perfect. You should definitely bring earbuds or other headphones to listen to the information in your own language without interruption. I tailored my visit to my own preferences. With the guide, I could listen to all the information multiple times and spend time in the individual caves. A jacket isn't necessary, as the temperature in the cave was pleasant. A truly impressive visit that I highly recommend.

Amazing experience, the water is so clear and blue, we were a little late but staff is very flexible with their timings. They told us we have 2 hours but they said it’s fine even if we take longer. The waterfalls were breathtaking and the freedom was also great.
