I'm very grateful to Ctrip for making it so convenient to buy international train tickets. I printed out the QR code and brought it with me. I redeemed my ticket at the white machine at the JR entrance of Terminal 1 at Kansai Airport. The machine has a Chinese language option. After redeeming my ticket, I entered the station through the manual channel and took the escalator down one level to Platform 3, which is where the Hello Kitty shuttle bus is located.

The tour guide contacted very promptly, the route of the itinerary was reasonable, the choice of attractions was also very representative, very classic, and there was a suitable time to play after the attractions. The Kansai Rail Pass is incredibly useful. It can be used at different times over three days, making it incredibly convenient for travel planning. My parents and I went to Nara and Uji, and back to the airport, saving a lot of travel expenses. The redemption location is also incredibly convenient, right on the arrivals floor at Kansai Airport. Even if you miss it, you can still redeem it at Nankai Namba Station!
