The main attractions—the national park and the elephant enclosure—were great. The giraffe enclosure was okay, but feeding the giraffes wasn't very interesting. The tour guide service was excellent.★

The buffet at the Sanur Oasis Lagoon Hotel in Bali was clean and offered a good variety of dishes. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff, in particular, were very kind and accommodating when we encountered a minor issue. We were very grateful for their assistance. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we travel to Bali. Excellent and very satisfied.★

We wanted to spend more time in here rather than rush and it was a good decision. We just didn't see simba though which was a bummer. We had a close encounter with giraffe and hyena and it was already great. I must go back for simba and elephant
