The SIM card wasn't working on arrival. Once i reached out to Trip.com service personal, they were very quick to help me and reissue another esim immediately. I have previously used Simcard from Trip.com and it's been good experience.

I used this eSIM while waiting in Kimbe for my diving trip to start. I installed it prior to arrival & it worked great when I landed. (Be sure to turn on roaming.) If you're staying for a few hours over 2 days, be sure to get the '24 hours' option.

Using in South Africa and the service has been really reliable. The communication on the functionality/ service was also very clear through the sms’s they sent explaining the coverage and how to check your usage etc. Bought this package specifically because I also plan to visit Mauritius and it was one of the few options that offered coverage in SA and Mauritius and came with upto 20GB over a month period which works perfectly for my trip. Hope the coverage will be as stable in Mauritius!


