I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.

The most satisfying part of the trip; the experience was great. It was a good thing that the shopping locations listed on the website were clearly indicated, and there was no forced shopping or excessive persuasion, nor was there any pressure to stay a certain amount of time. You could stay longer if you were interested, and simply move on if you weren't. The meals, fruits, and activities were all good.

I don't think a lot of time is taken up by the various product offerings, and you're rushing around Europe, from honey producers to coconut candy makers (which were delicious, by the way). It's all included in the tour, and the boat rides are wonderful, very authentic and beautiful on the river. But lunch, I was really surprised by how meager it was, to be honest. I bought a ticket with a six-course lunch, which sounds substantial, but in reality it was rice, a tiny pot of chicken, an omelet, soup (more like broth), and a slice of watermelon. Honestly, it looked ridiculous. They keep various animals on the restaurant grounds, and the crocodiles were very impressive. Overall, I can't fault it, everything is as advertised, but with some caveats: keep in mind that the trip is very exhausting, lasting about 9 hours in total.

It was a very satisfying tour. The guide spoke Japanese and was very knowledgeable and kind. The price was definitely a bargain for the tour. I hope many people who come to Ho Chi Minh City experience the Mekong Delta tour.

Sightseeing one-day tour experience basically if you are single one or two people should be more difficult to get to places, or not so convenient because the car will waste a lot of your time so join a local tour is better, plus you can play guns minimum consumption is about 200 HKD so a really worth trying


