I wasn't expecting much and just wanted to kill some time, having booked the night before. But! It was truly fantastic, the service was excellent! I left my power bank in the car, and the travel agency arranged for a driver to bring it to my hotel—so thoughtful!

Very good. The sunset was stunning. The boat was large and stable, and I didn't feel seasick at all. The dock was easy to find. The crew was friendly and provided water, drinks, sugar, dates, local coffee, and more on board. I had a full two hours of sightseeing. I was very satisfied.

The person we contacted by phone was Chinese and very easy to communicate with. The service was excellent. The driver picked us up at the hotel and gave us a tour of Muscat on the way. He even stopped at the entrance of the Sultan's Palace for us to take photos. The scenery on the boat was beautiful, and we went snorkeling at two islands, where there were many dolphins and turtles. It was an amazing experience.
