The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.

Throughout the trip, our guide took us to numerous scenic spots and pristine waterfalls. Although the hike took about half an hour to an hour, the guide provided very positive feedback. Our guide, Asen, was Chinese and spoke Chinese, making communication very easy. 👍 This tour was only around NT$300 per day, but they drove us to various locations, and no extra tips were required. The entire trip was very enjoyable. We saw a large waterfall, and they even took photos with us. The guide was very responsible and I would definitely choose them again.

Firman and Yunanda were amazing taking us to see some of the highlights in South Lombok. This was the first tour where we felt we truly made two new friends in Lombok. They were very accommodating and amusing. They were always helpful and giving us the time we need at each place and recommending how to do certain things. If you want to explore South Lombok with this tour, Firman and Yunanda are your guys!
