Bangkok traffic is terrible on weekdays, but Ctrip made good arrangements; we flew to Bangkok on the weekend. The only downside was that the group meals were sometimes insufficient. There was no forced shopping, and there were many optional excursions to choose from, depending on your budget. The tour guide service was good. There were 18 people in the group, which was a good number. The Sheraton in Bangkok was truly excellent; the facilities were great, much better than hotels in Phuket.

It was one of my most memorable trips during my Italy visit. Marco was a great tour guide. He took the group to amazing places with breathtaking natural landscapes. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and liked this recommendation for trying gelato.

Although it was quite difficult to download the app on-site, the staff were friendly and the guide was entertaining. Since the guided tour is conducted via a separate radio, it didn't seem like downloading the app was a major issue. The main gondola tour was truly fantastic. The experience of navigating Venice's narrow alleys and canals by boat will remain in my memory for a long time.


