Andrew our coach driver was very professional He made the long journey really interesting with his knowledge of the region. A great day both driving through magnificent landscapes followed by a beautiful cruise through Milford Sound. The staff of our vessel Pride of Milford were also helpful and the captain enriched the tour with interesting information. Loved the entire experience.★

The trails are great and it is awesome they provide a bike trailer for young kids. The total amount of time biking was about 1.5 hours, which is a little dissapointing given the trails into Queenstown are under construction and the ride ends at 2pm if you plan to be picked up because the long distance of the return.★

I booked one day and went the next. It was a small group with few people, and the foreign driver/guide was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, stopped at every attraction to take photos for us, and even prepared local plant information and drew a diagram explaining the formation of the fjords. On the way back from the boat, she thoughtfully provided chocolates and umbrellas for when it rained. The customer service was also very patient, assisting us whenever we were worried about getting lost. A great experience!★

Cost-effective, great experience, good service, overall awesome, the eighth wonder of the world, worthy of the name. Tour guide Tania is super good, responsible, considerate for the guests, experienced and warm. highly recommended.
