I used this eSIM for a two-country trip through Singapore and Indonesia, and it worked really well throughout. Setup was quick — I had the QR code scanned and activated within minutes, no need to hunt for a physical SIM counter at the airport. Speeds were consistently good in Singapore, easily handling maps, video calls, and streaming. In Indonesia, coverage held up well even outside the main tourist areas, with only minor dips in more remote spots, which is pretty normal for the region. Switching between countries was seamless — no manual reconfiguring needed, and I never lost signal during transit. Battery drain was normal, and I didn't run into any of the overheating or connectivity drop issues I've had with other eSIMs.

I used it in Singapore and in Ubud and Kuta, Bali. In Ubud, the signal was sometimes a bit weak, but it was generally usable without any problems. Since there was Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel and at the airport, I didn't need 20GB for 10 days. Outside, I only used it for social media and maps, so my usage was around 8GB.

I can't comment on customer service because, thankfully, I didn't need it. The coverage worked well except in a few specific areas, but overall, it was very good.
