I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

Super easy to install, just press install in the app and it automatically activates the eSIM. Super cool! The signal is a bit intermittent, especially near the BTS (Skytrain) and at hotels.
