Everything was perfect, but at the meeting point there was only an information sign; we didn't see any guides, and we only decided to ask a boat that was picking up people, otherwise we might have missed the excursion. Otherwise, I recommend the tour.

The driver gave us a very friendly welcome; he was German, so there were no communication problems :-) He gave us some background information and drove us to Kannenstein and back to the harbor without any issues. We even made a short stop at the colorful houses along the way. Very nice and only half the price of other providers ;-)

I spent 10 days in Italy, and the internet speed was smooth and the price was reasonable. Outside the city, the connection was intermittent but quickly reconnected. I mostly uploaded photos to the cloud, using about 15GB in 10 days. Since I was on a tour, I spent most of my time visiting museums and following the itinerary, so I didn't have time to use my phone. Overall, I found it useful. (Be careful of pickpockets in Milan, Rome, and Florence).


