It was really interesting to see the history of disgusting foods and related controversies. The tasting experience was a lot of fun. The exhibit part could be a bit larger with more room between the different stops, but the space is limited. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Malmö.

We enjoyed catching the bus over and train back on the self guided tour. The staff at the bike centre were very helpful but we decided to just walk around the central area first and due to jet lag did not collect our bikes or stay into the evening. There is plenty to see and do even just in the centre of Malmo which kept us busy with castle, church, art gallery, library and wonderful parks & eateries. We really enjoyed our day trip to Malmo but could probably have organised it ourselves - more worthwhile if we had collected the bikes and gone farther afield!

The trip was very well organized. I particularly appreciated the guide, Steen, who told us stories of daily life and provided insights into various aspects of Danish society and culture. The stops throughout the tour were well-timed.
