This was an amazing experience! It was a beautiful location - very secluded and quiet - and the staff members were very attentive and friendly. It was my MIL’s 75th birthday, and they brought out a delicious slice of cheesecake and brownies that we ordered to make it memorable. The food was delicious. The transportation to and from the resort had clear instructions and communication ahead of time to ensure a smooth experience. We arrived back to the port with time to shop before getting back on the cruise ship. There was a lot of sargassum during our visit, but that’s nature and cannot be controlled. We made the most of it and still enjoyed it. May want to bring a little bug spray (though that could have been because of the sargassum). If we’re ever in that area again, we will definitely return for another visit. Thanks again for a wonderful time and allowing us to create fond family memories there!

Exceptional experience, the company Day Tours excellent, when we arrived, there was storm and the port was closed to navigation by command of the Captain of Puerto, they kept constant communication with me and changed me the day without problem, They also offered me to change him boat for a sailboat, which was an extraordinary idea that I thank the trip, was incredible the very rich foods, delicious drinks and the accompanying of Hugo Valle, The marine was a great one, the captain and the marine marine without H (this is written) and always watching everything we needed and watching that our trip was out of safety and without contraply.

We had a wonderful sail on the lagoon with our excellent captain, Hugo Vellas. He told us a lot about the lagoon and showed us the seven different colors. A very relaxing tour. The kids loved it. We swam wonderfully in quiet spots.

Great experience with David and Luis. We had a lot of time for swimming, enjoying cenotes, and the laguna ...the only thing: there was no wind!! It was also very good to have the possibility to stay at this place for the afternoon enjoying jumping from the pier.
