Our guide Nine was awesome! Super upbeat and went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic time. My partner forgot something on the bus and she helped us retrieve it even though it was well after the tour had ended. Overall great experience with very caring people.★

No-fuss pick-up and drop-off. You get to explore the waterfall for about 90 mins. As this is a group tour it is also subject to other participants being punctual for pick-up at hotel and departure from waterfall. We have had people who returned late and delayed us. The driver was patient and professional throughout and to his credit did wait for those latecomers but in the end when two persons didn’t return to the car he had to drive off after a protracted wait for them. Overall I nightly recommend this as a good value tour, cheaper than others I have found.
