The service was excellent. After booking, we set up a WeChat group for communication. Our flight to Luxor was delayed the day we arrived, so we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and get a room number, but we ended up checking in in the wee hours. They even waited for us until we checked in and got our room number. I really don't think it's worth using an agent just to save money. Not only is the communication cost high, but it's also insecure. After spending a lot of money on a trip, it's better to prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience.★

It was my first time riding a hot air balloon. They contacted me the day before to let me know the pick-up time. They also came to pick me up at the hotel on time. The rest of the tour was smooth and they provided attentive support from the balloon ride to the return to the hotel. I took a ferry to the east coast where my hotel is located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour that allows you to see the sunrise is a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it.★

There were more than eleven people, so I chose the relatively close Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The scenery is very good. It is really necessary to take the transportation to go in. Every transportation is charged. It takes a long time to sit in the queue. It is a bit ***. We climbed up the mountain and took the cable car. It was really tired. I really regret that I didn't buy the cable car. I was tired and the top attractions were not completed. I climbed in vain. . . All attractions are at the top, so I suggest you sit up and climb up to see the attractions. .
