The service was excellent. After booking, we set up a WeChat group for communication. Our flight to Luxor was delayed the day we arrived, so we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and get a room number, but we ended up checking in in the wee hours. They even waited for us until we checked in and got our room number. I really don't think it's worth using an agent just to save money. Not only is the communication cost high, but it's also insecure. After spending a lot of money on a trip, it's better to prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience.

If you’re tight on time and want an immersive tour, I highly recommend booking a private tour. Our guide was Abdulwahab, he’s a university graduate in archeology and Egyptology. Extremely knowledgeable in Egyptian culture. He explained everything in simple term and easy to understand. He was so kind, patient & really took care of us. Ashraf our driver was amazing too, we never had to wait more than 2 minutes for him to arrive to pick us up. They both went above and beyond to take care of us. Very very very happy with our tour today!

Aala Hassan was an exceptionally reliable and very well-organized guide. He took us on a beautiful and thoughtfully planned tour through the Valley of the Kings and other major highlights of Luxor. His explanations were detailed, clear, and enriched with historical background, which made the sites come alive for us. The atmosphere within our small group was wonderful and relaxed throughout the tour. We felt very well looked after at all times and truly enjoyed the experience. We can highly recommend Alla Hassan to anyone visiting Luxor who is looking for a knowledgeable and professional guide.

Wonderful tour with Salwa, saw a lot in one day and guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We also had a delicious lunch! Driver was very polite & drove well. Would book again
