We booked an English-speaking guide because the Russian-speaking ones were already booked, but that didn't bother us at all. Everything was clear, and the guide was always available. We managed to see everything. Be sure to take a sleigh ride, it was fun.

We booked a transfer to Gubei, which included a guide—Ian, who speaks excellent English. During the trip, he offered to help us buy tickets and recommend places to eat and see. He was also always available on WeChat for any questions. I highly recommend both his service and Ian's! The city itself is wonderful and beautiful; I took photos of literally every corner. The yellow and red leaves on the trees are especially charming in autumn. During the walk, I lost my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera. I couldn't find it where I left it, so I contacted the guide. Ian contacted the park administration, they reviewed the camera footage, and found it, and I am very grateful for that. I literally didn't have to do anything except wait; Ian took care of everything. Thank you again, a very responsive guide; I highly recommend his service. The bus arrived on time, we got there quickly, and our return departure was at 7:50 PM. During the trip, Ian shared interesting facts about the city and the Great Wall of China.
