Ines shared so much fascinating history and local insight, bringing every sight to life in a way that made the whole experience unforgettable. Our tour guide/driver was incredibly fun and talkative. He was also very knowledgeable about the attractions and their historical anecdotes. He would tell us in advance which restaurants or dessert shops were good, or where to find restrooms, so we could use our information as a reference. We could also ask him any questions we had, and he was very generous in sharing his expertise and opinions. We had a very enjoyable day. I'm so glad we signed up for this small tour; otherwise, we would have had to buy tickets, queue, and explore on our own, and we probably wouldn't have been able to visit so many famous attractions in one day. Highly recommended!

The unique charm of Chengdu, the beautiful and attentive tour guide, and the enthusiastic driver made our summer vacation a complete success. Thank you to the Ctrip team. Although the heavy rain in Sichuan forced us to change our itinerary before departure, and there were some communication problems with Ctrip customer service, almost making me cancel the trip, the happy holiday in Chengdu afterwards erased all of that. I hope Ctrip's customer service can be more considerate of customers and keep their promises.

Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.

Tiago was a such a great guide! He knows the city incredibly well, and showed us pieces of history I would have never found on my own. He also customized the tour to what the group was interested in seeing and gave us recommendations for other sites to see and restaurants to try in Lisbon. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the magic that is Alfama.


