The website indicated that Sodré Station was one of the places where I could exchange my card, so I waited in line at the station's ticket window for about 10 minutes, but they told me I couldn't exchange it there. I went to the information center on the ground floor, where I was able to exchange it successfully. Please be careful not to make the same mistake... It's a thin piece of paper, so I was worried about losing it (lol). It was very convenient because I could enter tourist attractions just by showing this card. At places with special Lisboa Card lanes, you can skip the lines, so that alone makes it worthwhile!

Overall, it's good and saves on entrance fees. However, taking the bus takes too much time, while taxis aren't expensive. You can spend two to three days on it. You don't need this card to go to Sintra, so the savings are limited.
