Tickets were booked online for the desired date, even though other retailers no longer had them available. They explained where and when to pick them up. They sent me all the information I needed to pick them up.

We booked the private tour not including with an english spoken driver/guide but i guess we're lucky! Kevin is really friendly, helpful and his english is good. He even helped us communicate with our hotel receptionist about our AC. The tour is great, we visited silver cave and Ruyi peak. Dont bother to purchase the tickets seperately coz they could help you get the tickets. I'm not sure tha'ts always the case or its because we're visiting Yangshou during low season.  Ruyi Peak has a amazing view, make sure you go to the top observation deck! You can have drone video for RMB 100, its not that cheap but for us its worth it to capture our moment at the Ruyi peak. Silver cave is interesting too!Bamboo rafting is very relaxing and the karst mountains are amazing. We're glad to do it on Yulong river instead of Li River. Its less people and more enjoyable. The tour put the bamboo rafting at the end of the tour, which is perfect coz you're gonna get a bit wet :-D We really enjoyed the tour !

After booking from trip.com the confirmation process is easy through the WeChat or trip.com message feature. Arriving at the location they straight away do the make up and hair. The clothes are very beautiful. The make up artist is also very nice. Then after, the photographer comes to pick up and goes to the location to do some photoshoot. All of the process is very nice and smooth. The photo came out nice too. They send the photo through WeChat and I choose 9 photos to be edited, and the rest I can also keep them. *Thumbs up!

This was my first time booking a trip outside my province through Ctrip. The travel agency provided real-time answers and excellent itineraries. The driver, Mr. Deng, arrived the night before to confirm the route with me and got to the hotel ahead of time. He introduced the scenery and attractions along the way and provided very thoughtful service. In particular, when the Li River ferry changed locations, the driver went to the new destination on his own, which deserves praise. I will definitely contact this travel agency again next time I travel to Guijiang.
