I bought another one for a trip to Phuket. Installation was easy and didn't require anything special. If there's a problem, just check if roaming is enabled. The signal was good all the way, so I didn't need a complicated physical SIM card. Basically, every time I travel, I'll look for an eSIM on trip.com. Customer service is also very responsive.β
