The trend these days is to start with the main point, right? I just highly recommend it.😆😆 1. I was so worried because I was traveling to Japan with my mom, but the guide was kind, and it was great that they were Korean. I've been to Japan many times, but I always gave up on visiting Yufuin because it was too far. However, I finally got to visit Yufuin by taking a private bus! Honestly, trying to go to Yufuin alone gives me a headache, so it was so nice to be able to just let my brain run wild. Also, since traveling is all about taking photos, they enthusiastically took us to famous photo spots and took some great shots for us. Although it felt like an independent trip overall, thanks to them personally recommending good shops and must-try foods in each area, we were able to travel much more comfortably. And most importantly!!!!! My mom said that although she has been on many package tours, this was the first time she had met a guide who didn't try to sell her anything but showed such passion, and she was extremely satisfied!! It's usually hard to please your parents, but my mom gave it her seal of approval. I was also impressed by how they took responsibility for us right up until the very end of the itinerary...! It was truly perfect, even to the point where they shared the restaurants with the shortest wait times at Hakata Station after personally trying them out. Actually, even before coming on this trip, I recommended this bus tour to a coworker saying it looked good, and now that I've experienced it myself, I'm definitely going to highly recommend it to everyone at work!!! Thanks to this, it was a fun trip with a full stomach! Highly recommended👍★

I liked that I could make a last-minute reservation the day before, so even someone who isn't the type to plan things out could participate in the tour!! Since I was traveling alone and it was my first time on a tour, I was a bit nervous and worried, but thanks to Guide Bae's kind and detailed explanations, I feel like the quality of my trip really improved!! Even though it was raining and the weather was bad on the day, he enthusiastically took photos for me and cleverly set the mood with music, so I was able to have a fun trip haha. Since I was traveling alone, I didn't dare go to Yufuin because it's far, but thanks to him, I was able to visit comfortably!! I recommend this to anyone who wants to go but feels hesitant because they are traveling alone!! + He also gives you a special list of great restaurants at the end of the tour, so I recommend it to anyone who needs restaurant information!!!★

Overall, the price-performance ratio was good, considering it as transportation costs. You could leave the tour group at the end and stay in Kurokawa Onsen, then go directly to Beppu from Kurokawa Onsen the next day. The crater was closed due to a helicopter accident involving Taiwanese tourists in February, so you could only watch a live broadcast at the volcano museum. The tour guide strongly recommended Kusasenri horse oil and face masks. The tour guide gave us discount coupons, making the face mask 5500 yen and the horse oil 6600 yen per bottle. He said it contained horse placenta, so the production cost was high. After buying them, I felt it was completely unnecessary.★

Despite the fact that the boats were being serviced at Takachico Gorge and the crater was closed due to a helicopter accident, the tour was still great. I was impressed they called me to tell me about the cancellation of the boat trip and offered me a refund for that portion even before my trip started. When they found out the crater was closed, they also communicated it and offered a full refund if I didn’t want to take the trip anymore. I think it’s hard to come by companies these days that are so pro-active and handle issues so promptly. Yang Meng our guide was awesome, she contacted us, created a group chat and shared a lot of information about Mount Aso and Takachico Gorge. The Kusasenri area is very worth going to even if the Crater is closed. Takachico was beautiful and got to eat Nagashi somen out of bamboo shoots and water from the gorge. Cool experience. Yang Meng was so organized and told us beforehand how to make the best out of each part of the itinerary Highly recommend★

The day trip is good! The tour guide Jimmy did provide info on what to buy in the particular tourist attraction. I have issue looking for toilet in Kirinko lake...the public toilet is very far away from the drop off point★

The tour guide this time was very nice. He proactively added me on WeChat a day in advance to provide some helpful information, much more attentive and friendly than the guide from Toekei Company I booked before! 👍👍 He explained that due to an accident, we couldn't go directly to the volcano, but after asking my opinion, we went back to the park in the moonlight instead. On the day of the trip, the guide adjusted the order of the attractions accordingly, first going to Kusasenri for a distant view of Mount Aso, which was very thoughtful. Although the stops at each point were short, everyone on the bus was very punctual. There was a light drizzle when we went to Kurokawa Onsen, which added to the atmosphere. 😍 This day trip to a remote area of Kyushu was perfect for me; I really enjoyed it and will definitely book with them again next time. Thank you!
