Reviews: Koh Samui, Thailand - Lamai Shooting Range/Paragon Gun Range Shooting Club: Real Gun Range Live Ammunition Shooting Experience and Thailand Live-Action CS

I've always wanted to experience live-fire shooting, and this time at Samui, I finally had the chance. I chose a pistol, one that was more advanced in difficulty, since there were no sights, so I had to rely entirely on my eyesight. Ten rounds went by in a flash, with my best score being an 8, and the rest all coming in at 2333. Even so, an 8 for the naked eye isn't bad. There was someone on hand to guide me, ensuring complete safety.

An interesting experience, adds variety. But: it's all a bit chaotic, not worth the price. After tours that last at least three hours and include food, the experience is a bit dimmer.

Absolutely delightful! Trip.com's service was excellent; they picked us up at the hotel door exactly on time. We drove our own car, though, as it was more convenient. The location is absolutely beautiful! Even if you're not flying with anyone else, it's a great place to spend time. There's a café and places to sit and relax. Flights are about an hour long. The equipment is reliable and new, and the accompanying staff really adds to the atmosphere. Everyone has a good sense of humor and is sociable, and they even do in-flight videos upon request.
Reviews: MuayThai Class for Beginners
Guest User2025-11-26
Not gonna lie. This class is the most intense class for beginners I ever participated in. The warm-up was running for 20 minutes, then jump rope for like 5 minutes. If you can get through that, the reward is so worth it. I had an instructor (who told me to call him #4) who was excellent in explaining and teaching the basic/beginning of stances, punches, and kicks. I left feeling more empowered and knowledgeable. I know enough to practice on my own and he was all about discipline and technique. I’m here on vacation for a week (I went earlier today) and it’s a must on your to-do list if you’re on the island and have time. The class is 1 and a half hours. It was fun but intense. Make sure you bring water (I was dripping sweating) and they got you on the hand wraps. Don’t forget to check out the cafe after your workout. The menu is delicious.
