The departure from Koh Lipe to Langkawi took place from the pier on the left. We were facing the sea. We checked in quickly because we bought our tickets in advance on TripCom. Just show your printed ticket. They give you a sticker for your T-shirt and luggage. You also get tickets for later with a queue number. You wait until your turn is called, then calmly board and set off on a short journey across the water. The ferry is large and comfortable. It doesn't feel the waves. It's a comfortable way to travel between islands.★

Booking was easy; we arrived about an hour and a half early, but we managed without speaking English. The boat was quick. I didn't like that they stowed our luggage right inside, and the front rows were piled high with suitcases! The boat shook a bit and all the suitcases fell out, but they seemed to be intact, otherwise it was fine!★

The tour was superbly organized. A minibus arrived at the hotel and took us to the pier within an hour. There, we were given stickers and boarding passes based on our lists. Two hours later, we arrived at Tonsai Pier. On board, in the Economy Lounge, they provided tea, coffee, water, and motion sickness pills. Everything was perfect. The captain passed Maya Bay, Pele Bay, and the Viking Cave, giving us a great view.
