The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.★

Booking is convenient and cheaper than buying at the ticket office. The ferry doesn't rock, and they show movies on TV. Boarding is via small boats. In Langkawi, I didn't like having to find my luggage myself and pull it out of the pile.★

The speedboat was fantastic! Very fast! We went to the counter and were escorted to the boat, then a transfer to the hotel was waiting at the pier. The transfer was air-conditioned, right to the hotel, and they helped with loading and unloading our luggage. Everything was very comfortable and convenient.★
