Smooth, Punctual, and Stress-Free Transfer!We used this official transfer service from Koh Lipe (Bundaya Pier 2) to Hat Yai Airport via Pak Bara Pier, and the entire experience was flawless.We arrived 30 minutes prior to departure for check-in, and the speedboat departed exactly on time. Once we docked at Pak Bara Pier, a staff member was already waiting for us at the pier to guide us directly to our connecting van. The drive was smooth, and we reached Hat Yai Airport with plenty of time to spare.Highly recommend this service if you want a reliable, well-coordinated, and punctual transfer!

Very convenient! Go to the second floor, collect your tickets, and fill out the Thailand arrival card. Sample forms are available to help you fill it out, and the staff will patiently assist you. Remember to board the boat later, as the large boat will transfer to a smaller one. Try to get a seat towards the back of the first small boat, so you'll be the first one to arrive on the island and avoid long queues for immigration. Get your passport back first, then proceed with immigration.

The trip was excellent. Everything was on time. We booked a boat from Phuket to Lanta, and the total sailing time was 1 hour 50 minutes, with a 10-minute stop on Phi Phi, where we dropped off other tourists and picked up new ones. Great company.

The sign for the ticket exchange area at the pier is very prominent; you can easily spot the ticket counter as soon as you enter the waiting room. The number on your ticket indicates your boarding order. The whole process is clear and orderly. I bought a ticket for the 13:30 ferry, which departed on time and arrived at Koh Lipe at 14:45. The ferry experienced a slight bump during the journey, but it was acceptable.

Someone will contact you the day before, anything is ok to ask there, someone will answer soon. The truck driver will open to the shipping company of your choice to drop you off, then take a ticket to check in, and wait to board the ship. Everything went very smoothly 🙂
