The service was very convenient. We stayed at the Berjaya Hotel, so the taxi ride to the pier took literally seven minutes. The ferry ride takes about an hour and a half, and everything was well organized. Upon arrival in Koh Lipe, the formalities were also quick and easy.

We arrived at the port, went up to the second floor, and had our passports stamped there. Then we went down to the first floor and went through border control. The waiting area was cozy, with a free restroom. We boarded the ferry safely on the second floor. We made sure to take a Dramamine. The ferry sailed so smoothly that we slept the entire trip. The seats were comfortable. Near the island, we were transferred to a smaller vessel. We boarded from the front and disembarked from the back. Keep that in mind. We disembarked directly onto a floating pontoon. Everything was well organized.

The company arranged the vehicle to ride very comfortable. The driver drove smoothly and safely to the designated hotel location. The shipping company was also very smooth during the voyage. The passengers did not feel seasick. There was a special person to arrange the place where the ride was taken. Don't worry about being lost!
