Everything went quickly, except we arrived 30 minutes before departure and they didn't want to let us on board from the Malaysian side, but they finally let us in, for which we're incredibly grateful! So it's best to arrive early!

The Pak Bara pier itself is very simple. The Ploysiam check-in desk is easy to find. We got tickets with our voucher. Boarding the boat was quick, but there were a lot of people, making it very crowded. Luckily, we made it in an hour, and we were lucky with the weather! There were no waves, so everything went well.

The company arranged the vehicle to ride very comfortable. The driver drove smoothly and safely to the designated hotel location. The shipping company was also very smooth during the voyage.
