I sailed from Phuket via Phi Phi to Koh Lanta. Everything was efficient and on time. For some reason, return tickets weren't sold on the trip, so I had to buy them at the ticket office at a higher price.★

Everything was simple and clear. The journey was very quick, much more pleasant than the ferry. We all got really sick on the ferry, but not on the sleepboat! We had a big one, so that was no problem either!★

The tour was superbly organized. A minibus arrived at the hotel and took us to the pier within an hour. There, we were given stickers and boarding passes based on our lists. Two hours later, we arrived at Tonsai Pier. On board, in the Economy Lounge, they provided tea, coffee, water, and motion sickness pills. Everything was perfect. The captain passed Maya Bay, Pele Bay, and the Viking Cave, giving us a great view.★

A convenient service: you can load a SIM card before your trip and still have service upon arrival. The coverage is excellent!★

The ferry booking process is very simple. At the pier, you simply show your voucher and they give you stickers for your clothing and tickets. After that, you wait to be invited on board. The only downside is the cockroaches on the ferry itself; they crawl all over the seats and there are a lot of them.
